International Miniatures Exhibition
For the past 15 years Zaprešić Artists Association has been organizing the annual Miniatures Exhibition, which is characterized by small scale artworks no larger than 15 cm.
The exhibition is held in May each year, on the occasion of a death anniversary of a famous Croatian ban, Josip Jelačić. Due to the excellent organization and an attractive location of the event ( the promenade of Novi Dvori manor, a protected cultural monument), the exhibition attracts a large number of visitors and exhibitors each year.
In 2012, 158 artists participated in the exhibition. In order to take a more professional approach, from 2012 all artwork is subject to selection by the Selection Committee.
In 2012, there were about 1500 visitors at the exhibition.
